Medisave
If you intend to make a claim from your Medisave account, please ensure that you bring along your identity card and notify our staff in advance, so that they could prepare the necessary documents and assist you with the filing. Please do note that the amount reimbursed is subjected to the approval of Central Provident Fund (CPF) Board, the complexity of the procedure and the amount in your account.
Patients who present a valid Medisave account with sufficient funds will not need to make payment for the Medisave claimable account.
As for patients who prefer not to reveal their Medisave account balances, full payment is required. A cheque of the approved claimable amount will be issued to the patient once CPF Board has approved the submission. The CPF Board takes approximately two to three weeks to process the claim.
Insurance claims
You may want to check with your insurance advisor on your insurance dental coverage and start date of policy coverage, prior to any confirmation on any treatment.
For patients with insurance coverage, our general policy is to collect the payment from the patients first. We will then assist in completing the insurance claim form for the patient to submit to the insurance company. The insurance company will then reimburse the patient directly.
A few dental specialists in our clinics are on the panel (and extended panel) of companies providing Healthshield insurance plans, such as AIA, Great Eastern and Prudential. This collaboration allows cashless treatment for cases with approved pre-authorisation. Share your insurance provider (and coverage) with us to enquire if your treatment is eligible for this arrangement.
