We are pleased to announce that Specialist Dental Group® has been awarded Singapore Quality Class with Service by Enterprise Singapore.
Enterprise Singapore uses the Business Excellence (BE) initiative to enable companies to assess their organisational performance based on an internationally benchmarked framework. It helps organisations to have an external perspective of their strengths and areas of improvement to further elevate their business performance.
Dr Ho Kok Sen, Dental Specialist in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery and Director of Specialist Dental Group, shares that “with Business Excellence’s framework, we are assured of what we are doing correctly for our team and patients. We also learn new ways to enhance the team and delight our patients. This is in the spirit of improving our service standards to patients so they can have an even better experience at Specialist Dental Group.”
Service Niche was also awarded as a recognition of our service-centric focus to patients from all levels, starting from our front office receptionists, to dental assistants and dental specialists/dental surgeons. Holding on to our service philosophy of “Patients First, Teeth Second” – we will continue to do our best for our patients’ well-being.
This is not the first time Specialist Dental Group has received recognition for such purposes. In 2016, we received the Singapore Service Class certification that was awarded by SPRING Singapore. SDG was also awarded for providing the “Best Healthcare Experience” in 2012’s Singapore Experience Awards and received the Bronze award for the Singapore HEALTH Award in 2014.
