Qualifications of the Ideal Candidate
- must be a Singaporean or a Permanent Resident of Singapore – no exceptions to this. We need to comply with the Ministry of Manpower’s requirements to hire locally.
- must have experience as a dental assistant/dental nurse, preferably in Singapore. Due to the fast paced nature of the work environment, we will not be able to consider anyone that does not have a background as a dental assistant/dentist.
- the ability to speak Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia or Malay would be an advantage.
- team oriented with a compassionate / customer-service oriented nature – caring for others should be second nature.
- fast learner and able to multi-task and work hard – our dental specialists perform complex procedures and have to complete excellent work in a short period of time. We need top notch dental assistants to be able to help us achieve this.
- Willing to work a 5.5 day week – our clinic is open from 9am to 5:30 pm on weekdays and from 9am to 1pm on Saturdays. Staff will be coming in earlier and staying a little later to attend to their duties.
